AT THE JCS PINE HILLS ACADEMY (TK-6), OUR GOAL IS TO DEVELOP PASSIONATE
LIFE-LONG LEARNERS THROUGH DIFFERENTIATED AND PERSONALIZED INSTRUCTION.
The JCS Pine Hills Academy (TK-6) is a program of JCS-Pine Hills Charter School. We are a TK-6 small group instruction and home study academy. Small group instruction is offered Monday-Thursday and Friday is a home study day.
During instruction, students participate in hands-on, activity-based Common Core instruction. Our qualified teachers pull from a variety of resources to create meaningful lessons that target both the academic and interest levels of the students.
This program is an excellent fit for students who enjoy working independently as well as collaborating with others. Students are expected to contribute fully to partners/groups and demonstrate learning that meets or exceeds grade-level expectations.

Transitional Kindergarten-6th Grade
There is one classroom teacher per grade and one class per grade for all TK-6th grade students. This small classroom environment gives our teachers the opportunity to create a personalized learning experience for each of our students.
